Community Recordings founder Jon Nedza

Like many dance music producers that emerged from the 90's, I started out as a DJ first, sometime around 1992. Growing up in central New Jersey, about 20 minutes outside of NYC, I had the privilege of being exposed to some of the best music that has ever been produced.

In 1999 i launched my first releases as Community Recordings with the help of some heavy hitting indy labels such as Grayhound, Imperial Dub and Leaf Recordings. You'll find some of those original releases available for download here on CommunityRecordings.com but the rest of my discography is spread out amongst various other labels. New releases from me can be found under aliases Zoe's Raygun and Sunset City. Glad you enjoy the old tunes and i hope you enjoy the new ones as well.
